Oak & Stone, an American tavern concept, opened Dec. 12 at Estero Crossing, 10191 Estero Town Commons Place. The 5,300-square-foot restaurant will offer seating for 180 guests and include a self-serve craft beer wall with more than 50 rotating taps, an indoor/outdoor double-sided bar and a patio dining area that can seat 90 guests. Oak & Stone is known for its scratch-made artisanal pizzas. In addition to artisanal pizza and craft beer, the new Estero location will offer gourmet tavern fare, cocktails and weekend brunch. Oak & Stone Estero will be open for weekend brunch, lunch and dinner, offering dine-in and takeout options. The restaurant’s seventh location in Florida is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
