Right Choice Realty, a subsidiary of Ohio-based ERA Real Solutions Realty, just leased new office space in Fort Myers at One Parker Center, 9001 Daniels Parkway. The entire 4,300-square-foot first floor was leased of the multistory Class A building near Daniels Parkway and Weirsma Lane. The landlord was represented by Rodney Fidler of Fidler Real Estate Services. Mike Rivera of Saggio Realty in Naples represented the tenants, ERA, Right Choice Realty and Security Title & Abstract of Fort Myers. ERA Real Solutions is expanding its corporate brokerage firm with franchisee offices in Fort Myers (Right Choice), Cape Coral (Cape Realty) as well as in Cincinnati and Kentucky. As part of its strategy to expand its business into Southwest Florida, it has been acquiring other brokerage firms and Class A leasing locations.
