Premier Mobile Health Services received a $190,000 Resiliency Grant from Direct Relief to expand its Resilient Care Connect Program across Southwest Florida. The funding will support the delivery of mobile health services to areas affected by hurricanes Milton, Helene and Ian. The program offers primary care, disease management and specialized referrals to underserved communities. Premier Mobile Health provides health care regardless of ability to pay and aims to boost long-term disaster recovery through mobile outreach.
