Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced Naples Cay Exclusive Accommodations merged into the company, which allows the firm to expand its presence in the Naples rental market. The owner, Fauzia Tahiry, will be affiliating with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as a global sales adviser based out of the brokerage’s Village office. With this acquisition, the former rental office located at 40 Seagate Drive now operates as Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Ahmad Nabizad will remain at this onsite location as a vacation rental specialist. The brokerage will also continue to serve rental clientele at its primary rental office, 5020 Tamiami Trail N., Suite 120, under the direction of Chelsea Felts as the rental division leader.
