Rolfes Road from Colonial Boulevard to Dani Drive in Fort Myers will be closed beginning Feb. 26, Florida Department of Transportation officials said. Crews will be constructing a roundabout as part of the Interstate 75 at Colonial Boulevard Diverging Diamond Interchange Project. Motorists can access the Colonial Square Town Plaza from Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Once the roundabout is complete, motorists traveling eastbound on Colonial can enter the plaza from Rolfes but will not be able to exit the plaza onto Colonial from this intersection. This work is estimated to be completed by spring 2024.
