The Salvation Army in Naples, Fort Myers and Port Charlotte received $500,000 from the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation to aid victims of Hurricane Ian through a joint disaster assistance program. Funds will be available to those impacted by the storm, including a specific designated amount for our “Hometown Heroes” who have been working round the clock to keep our community safe, rebuilding our infrastructure and educating our children. Funds will be dispersed to eligible households in the three qualifying counties of Lee, Collier and Charlotte.
