The Sanibel Captiva Trust Co. and its divisions — The Naples Trust Co. and Tampa Bay Trust Co. — have unified under a new name: Florida Trust Wealth Management. The rebrand comes as the company celebrates its 25th anniversary, reflecting its $5 billion in assets under management and its growing statewide presence. Founded in 2001 by S. Albert D. Hanser, the firm has expanded from a one-room office on Sanibel Island to seven locations across Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay. The rebrand aims to unify the firm’s identity as it continues to grow, including recent expansions such as a 10,000-square-foot south Fort Myers office.
