Seagate Development Group completed a new 35,000-square-foot warehouse and office space for Lee County-based building materials supplier Rice Insulation & Glass at Seagate’s 40-acre business park at Alico Trade Center, between Three Oaks Parkway and Oriole Road in Fort Myers, just north of Alico Road at Interstate 75. The 32,000-square-foot warehouse, with four high-dock and four grade-level doors, will store insulation, glass, shower door and shelving materials. Meanwhile, the 3,000-square-foot office space includes workstations, offices and training and break rooms. The freestanding building also accommodates parking for up to 100 vehicles.
