The property is within The Forum in Fort Myers and represents its second rental home community in Southwest Florida. The property features 145 two-story units and 15 one-bedroom flat units. The property also includes a clubhouse, community social and fitness programming, co-working offices, a pool, a fire pit, a BBQ area and a dog park. There is a combination of unit types, including one-bedroom villas, one-bedroom lofts, two-bedroom cottages and three-bedroom bungalows for rent. Each single-family rental home features its own backyard and outdoor patio space, which provides an additional 500 square feet of outdoor living space per unit on average.
