NeuroScience and Spine Associates leased 19,986 square feet of medical office space in Southbrooke Medical Plaza, 6750 Immokalee Road, North Naples, from 6750 Immokalee Medical LLC. The tenant plans to utilize 14,000 square feet for an ambulatory surgery center and 6,000 square feet for an MRI facility. Mike Concilla of LQ Commercial and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial represented the lessor.
