Spirit Airlines will begin a nonstop route from Southwest Florida International Airport in south Fort Myers to Charleston, South Carolina, on Nov. 15. The low-fare airline will operate the route to and from Charleston International Airport three days a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
