Stevens Construction began construction on a 9,000-square-foot medical office for Associates in Nephrology at 14560 Hope Center Loop in south Fort Myers. Located in the Hope Preserve medical campus, the new facility will feature 20 exam rooms, a nurse station, a laboratory, offices and patient-focused amenities, including a large lobby with a coffee bar. The team includes Senior Project Manager Jay Wolfe and Superintendent Jimmy DiBernardo. Southview Studios is the architect.
