Workers in Florida staying at their jobs for at least 12 months experienced a 4.8% year-over-year increase in their wages in July, with a median salary of $52,000, according to data from the ADP National Employment Report. The report tracks the salaries of nearly 10 million individual employees nationally over 12 months. Nationally, the median pay for job-stayers is $58,800 and wage growth was 4.8%, the slowest rate of pay growth in three years, ADP data shows. The top 5 states and districts for job-stayer pay in July were Washington, D.C. ($100,000), Massachusetts ($74,100), Alaska ($67,600), North Dakota ($66,800) and Colorado $65,200.
