Sunshine Ace Hardware opened its latest store last week in Golden Gate Estates. The new hardware store anchors the northern end of Winchester Center across from McDonald’s at Immokalee Road and Orange Tree Boulevard. The store’s regular hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Sunshine Ace is the first of 10 businesses expected to open this fall in the fully leased new center developed by Metro Commercial and Barron Collier Investment Partners. The retail strip will include Anytime Fitness, That NY Bagel Place, Orangetree Hibachi & Sushi, Cold Stone Creamery, Little Caesars Pizza, Family Foot & Leg Center and Luxury Nails. The center’s freestanding outparcel building on that corner will be split by Heartland Dental and Maruto’s Cuban Cafe.
