‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa opened its first of two new restaurants Monday with The Shipyard. Co-Executive Chefs Greg Nelson and John Feagans’ menu includes appetizers such as mac and cheese and smoked fish dips, Shipyard shrimp and Captiva crab cakes. In addition to salads, sandwiches, steaks and tacos, entrees include a seafood boil, tortilla-crusted grouper, shrimp and grits and sesame-blackened salmon. Shipyard’s decor draws from Captiva and Sanibel’s nautical history and Gulf-front location. ‘Tween Waters plans to open Crow’s Nest Steakhouse later this year. Shipyard’s daily hours are 7:30 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, 2 to 5 p.m. for lite bites and 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner.
