Residents and staff from The Terraces at Bonita Springs are celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Mediterranean-style life care retirement community April 12 with a dinner and dancing event. Residents from each of The Terraces Life Care sectors have participated in anniversary activities leading up to the event. Assisted living residents created floral centerpieces to decorate dining tables at the evening’s anniversary festivities. Meanwhile, residents from throughout the community have created a “thumbprint tree” for permanent display to commemorate the community’s 10-year anniversary. The evening’s April 12 dining and dancing gala also will feature comments from a “first-day” resident and staff member, both of whom were present when The Terraces opened in 2014. Also speaking at the evening’s festivities are SantaFe Senior Living President and CEO Ron Jennette and Michele Wasserlauf, executive director of The Terraces.
