Tigress, the Cantonese chophouse atop The Perry Hotel Naples, now offers daily indoor lunch service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Launched in January by acclaimed chef and Top Chef alum Dale Talde, Tigress has quickly become one of Naples’ most sought-after dinner spots. The new lunch menu features inventive dim sum, vegetable-forward dishes, sandwiches and shared plates, all rooted in Cantonese flavors. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails or zero-proof drinks alongside dishes such as spicy chicken dumplings, Kobe brisket burgers and crab fried rice. Dinner service continues nightly from 4 to 10 p.m.
