Vehicle Fortress will host a groundbreaking ceremony for phase 2 of its secure condominium storage facility at 10 a.m. July 7 adjacent to phase 1 of the project at 14702 Tarmac Court in south Fort Myers. The 127,000–square–foot facility provides storage options for car collectors, recreational vehicle owners, boat enthusiasts and others with specialized storage needs. The facility offers various sizes of condominium garages, starting at 21 feet by 50 feet, with the option to combine units for larger spaces ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 square feet. Each garage door is 15 to 20 feet wide, allowing for entry and exit of vehicles. Additionally, there is a 65-foot clear driveway approach access. Each garage has insulation and individual air conditioning systems to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels, safeguarding sensitive belongings. Multiple power outlets, including a dedicated 50–amp outlet for RVs and water spigots in each garage. The facility also includes common areas with laundry facilities, showers and a meeting area. Phase 2 of the Vehicle Fortress Condominium Storage Garages is scheduled to be completed by February 2024.
