Cape Coral is expected to go live with the 2021 version of EnerGov on Oct. 5. EverGov is a software system the city launched in February 2022 to enable the city government to be more efficient, accessible and responsive in meeting citizens’ needs. Citizens can use the software portal to submit and track information related to permits, plans, inspections, business and professional licenses, code cases and public information requests. The update aims to improve EnerGov system performance and minimize unscheduled system downtime.
