Construction has started on Wynn’s Downtown, a 45,000-square-foot mixed-use building in the Naples Design District. Developed by the Wynn family’s Downtown Naples LLC, the project is part of a public-private partnership with the city and Gulfshore Playhouse. The three-story space will feature retail, a restaurant, offices and housing for actors and crew. It complements the new Gulfshore Playhouse and a recently completed 355-space public garage. Officials hosted a groundbreaking May 30 to unveil the plans. The project aims to boost economic and cultural activity northeast of Fifth Avenue South. Construction is expected to finish by late summer 2026.
