Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort reopens in January with five new culinary concepts it says will celebrate the flavors, spirit and natural beauty of Florida’s Paradise Coast. The concepts will debut when the resort officially opens following a sweeping, property-wide transformation.
The redesigned and expanded dining options include:
Spoonbill, an all-day cafe and marketplace offering sandwiches, salads, fresh-pressed juices and wellness-focused options during the day, along with ice cream, affogatos and a selection of retail snacks in the evening.
Solfina, a coastal Mediterranean bar and terrace specializing in Neapolitan pizzas, crudo and shareable plates, along with classic cocktails.
Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, a modern Italian social club and trattoria featuring house-made pastas, a dedicated steak program and tableside service, complemented by martinis and custom cocktails from its new bar.
Cocoplum pool bar, an open-concept kitchen and bar offering a lighter menu of poolside favorites, such as burgers, fresh salads, frozen cocktails, wines and champagne.
Flipside Beach Bar, described as a nostalgic beachfront eatery serving smash burgers, fries, sandwiches and beachside favorites, along with frozen drinks, buckets of beer and canned cocktails.
Florida chef, restaurateur and culinary personality Asif Syed, recently named director of culinary for the resort, will lead its reimagined food and beverage program.
Chef Asif Syed has returned to Naples as director of culinary at Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The former 21 Spices owner will oversee restaurants, banquets and other culinary operations at the renovated resort.
“Each of these five concepts pairs its own personality and culinary point of view with a distinct sense of place, creating new ways for our guests and the local community to gather, connect and celebrate the spirit of Naples. We can’t wait to bring each concept to life, alongside the signature hospitality of Signia Hilton, when we reopen in January,” said Gary Sims, vice president and managing director of Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort.
The company’s website says it will begin taking reservations for stays starting Jan. 13. More information is available at www.hilton.com.
