When Chick-fil-A City Gate launches Thursday, the new quick-service restaurant will be the fourth location in Collier County for the popular chicken sandwich chain.
The new Chick-fil-A with two drive-thru lanes is set to open at 6 a.m. May 21 at 3820 City Gate Drive. Near the access road to Paradise Coast Sports Complex and Great Wolf Lodge, the restaurant is along Collier Boulevard in City Gate Commerce Park, just north of Alligator Alley.
Guests who dress in cow attire or sport a cow-spotted accessory on opening day will receive a free entrée or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru lanes.
In honor of the restaurant opening, Chick-fil-A is donating $25,000 to support the local hunger relief efforts of Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida.
Florida native Katie Cornutt is the local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A City Gate, which will be open 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday for dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and mobile pick-up.
