DuPont Registry, which specializes in reselling luxury automobiles, expanded into Naples after acquiring and rebranding West Coast Exotic Cars.

The company hosted a grand opening Feb. 3 at its new showroom at 2365 Linwood Ave., near downtown Naples. DuPont Registry also will have a presence at the 22nd annual Cars on Fifth Concours, the luxury car event set for Feb. 7 on Fifth Avenue South. Naples Automotive Experience, which produces the annual event, merged with DuPont Registry last year.

Members of DuPont Registry’s California-based leadership team visited Naples for the opening and ahead of the concours.

Red Ferrari supercars are displayed inside DuPont Registry’s Naples-area showroom, where dozens of luxury and exotic vehicles are offered following the company’s expansion into Southwest Florida.

The new East Naples showroom featured dozens of vehicles, with the ability to accept off-site deliveries for customers. Prices ranged from $88,950 for a 2024 BMW M3 Competition to $644,970 for a 2024 Porsche ST with 288 miles, which is also available through DuPont Registry’s online live auction platform.

Other vehicles on display included a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan ($313,950), a 2023 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato ($309,950), a Bentley GT Speed ($248,500) and a Maserati MC20 CV ($199,950). Four red Ferraris flanked the indoor garage entrance, two on each side.

Outdoor showpieces included a Pagani, an Italian sports car not for sale but valued at more than $2 million.

The 7,200-square-foot facility is owned by Naples resident John Reisman. Hurricane Ian sent storm surge from the Gordon River into the previous structure, destroying it in September 2022. Reisman chose to rebuild, completing construction late last year.

“We raised it by 7 feet and put in the lifts,” Reisman said.

The rebuilt facility includes vehicle lifts that elevate cars two levels above ground, designed to protect inventory during future storms.

Mike Crofton of Naples will manage the dealership. Eric Curran, DuPont Registry’s president of sales, attended the opening and praised the finished space.

“This is a huge deal,” Curran said. “It’s a huge deal for me. It’s a huge deal for West Coast Exotic Cars Company and now merging and being acquired by DuPont Registry. It’s been a lot of fun.”

Curran said the DuPont Registry brand has resonated with him since childhood.

“We live in the exotic car world,” he said. “Anybody who knows the DuPont Registry and the DuPont Registry brand and the history and the magazine and the advertising direction knows the DuPont Registry brand is always tied to exotic cars.”
