PepsiCo Event with Michael Symon

Bill Beynon is president, CEO and managing partner of Naples-based Capital Wealth Advisors, which he co-founded in 2004. Beynon shares three Naples restaurants he returns to for their food, service and wine selections.

Dining drives a significant part of the economy in Southwest Florida, where the hospitality sector is one of the region’s most dynamic and vital industries. As restaurants open, close and reinvent themselves from season to season, the dining scene reflects broader patterns of growth, risk and community sentiment.

In this recurring feature, Gulfshore Business asks a local business or civic leader to name three restaurants that keep them coming back, offering a glimpse into the eateries shaping how and where Southwest Florida conducts business — and builds community.

Bill Beynon is president, CEO and managing partner of Naples-based Capital Wealth Advisors, which he co-founded in 2004. He and his wife, Nena, served as two of the co-chairs of the 2026 Naples Winter Wine Festival, so it’s no surprise that his list of favorite local restaurants includes prominent mention of their wine cellars.

Miso black cod is a favorite at Prime Social Reserve

Miso black cod is served at Prime Social Reserve in downtown Naples. Beynon says the dish is a must-order when he and his wife, Nena, visit the restaurant for a special evening out.

Prime Social Reserve

For a special evening out with my wife, Nena, Prime Social Reserve always tops the list. You absolutely cannot miss the miso black cod — it’s incredibly delicate, buttery and, honestly, perfect. For starters, it’s always the Wagyu melt and the brulee king crab. What really seals the deal, though, is the amazing team who treats you like royalty, and their wine cellar, which has some truly incredible bottles to pair with your dinner.

Short rib stands out at Bleu Provence in Naples

Short rib is served at Bleu Provence in Naples. Beynon calls the restaurant a destination for authentic French elegance and praises its food, service and award-winning wine cellar.

Bleu Provence

For me, Bleu Provence is the definition of authentic French elegance right here in Naples. My go-to order always starts with the escargot, followed by their short rib, which is so tender it literally falls off the bone. The staff here is wonderfully warm and attentive, making you feel right at home, and their wine program draws from an award-winning cellar that always has something beautiful to pour.

Amore Ristorante serves up rigatoni alla vodka in Naples

A plate of rigatoni alla vodka is served at Amore Ristorante in Naples. Bill Beynon names the pasta with spicy sausage as his favorite dish at the restaurant.

Amore Ristorante

Amore Ristorante is my absolute favorite when I’m craving something comforting and beautifully made. The rigatoni alla vodka with spicy sausage is rich, savory and just delicious. I always pair this pasta dish with the clams to start, which is a simple appetizer they always execute flawlessly. Beyond the food, the team provides genuinely excellent service every single time, and their cellar is packed with fantastic wine selections.
