On either side of the Jan. 23 opening of the new Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma stores in a shared redeveloped outparcel at Waterside Shops, two other longtime retailers permanently closed at the luxury open-air mall in Naples.
The last day for the Ann Taylor store was Jan. 22, while White House Black Market shuttered Jan. 24.
Waterside Shops management has not commented yet on future tenants for either women’s clothing shop vacancy. Ann Taylor’s former unit also abuts the large inline suite vacated by Pottery Barn earlier this month.

The WHBM fashion chain operated by Fort Myers-based Chico’s FAS Inc. still has other regional stores on Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples and at Coconut Point mall in Estero.
The nearest Ann Taylor stores are in Sarasota and Boca Raton.
