The new Golf Galaxy Performance Center opened Sept. 6 in Ridgeport Plaza on the northwest corner of Airport-Pulling and Pine Ridge roads in North Naples. The relocated golf retailer shares the former Bed Bath & Beyond anchor space with Sprouts Farmers Market, which opened in May.
The new 20,780-square-foot Golf Galaxy is more than 40% smaller than its former longtime 35,355-square-foot freestanding building nearby in the Promenade at Naples Centre, but the inline retail store at 5351 Airport-Pulling Road still offers many of the same products and services.
Owned and operated by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy promotes itself as the world’s largest golf superstore for golf clubs, equipment, accessories, gear and apparel. Store features include high-tech simulators, a putting green and PGA/LPGA-certified pros for lessons and custom fittings.
The new location is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
