Tri-Town Construction has been building single-family homes in Southwest Florida for 17 years. This year, it has shifted its focus to rebuilding Fort Myers Beach, while setting up a sales center fronting Estero Boulevard.

Marc Devisse, owner of the company, builds custom homes. To expedite the process on the beach, he has two model homes of 1,360 and 1,853 square feet he plans to market from the new sales center, which should be ready by the end of September.

“Fort Myers Beach is just in dire need of rebuilding, and we’re here to help,” Devisse said. “Fort Myers Beach was so vibrant at one time. I can’t wait until it gets back to that point. Slowly every day, we’re starting to see improvements, and we just want to be a part of that.”

Construction costs for the homes range from about $630,000 to $860,000 each or up to $1.5 million if the buyer needs to acquire the land.

The Tri-Town Construction sales center will be at 1750 Estero Blvd., just south of Lani Kai Island Resort.

“Our goals are to build these homes within 12 months of the permits being issued,” Devisse said. “We are really working hard to get our plans mastered with the town of Fort Myers Beach. Speeding up the permitting process. We are really just trying to be as efficient as possible. This saves money for the homebuilder. This also saves time.”

The sales center should be a game changer for Tri-Town Construction, Devisse said.

“We have designed it to match the finishes of the homes we are building on Fort Myers Beach,” he said. “So, it’s a great opportunity for potential homebuilders to come and meet with us. Come and see the products we are using to build with. And get an idea on the color palettes and everything we’ll be doing in these model homes.”
