A Bealls Outlet and Home Centric combination store opened today in the former space of Stein Mart in Tamiami Crossing retail center on the southeast corner of U.S. 41 East and Collier Boulevard in East Naples.
The new 31,877-square-foot store is the largest in the center, which also includes Aldi, Marshalls, Michaels, PetSmart, Ross and Ulta. The Home Centric brand will operate as an expanded home furnishings store within the Bealls Outlet department store. Both concepts are part of Bradenton-based Bealls Inc.
After operating in Kite Realty’s Tamiami Crossing for four years, Stein Mart closed its store there last year. Stein Mart Inc. filed relief under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code a year ago and permanently closed its stores, which included two in Collier County and two in Lee County.
The new Bealls Outlet store, 13100 Tamiami Trail E., Unit 104, is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
