Borelli Construction has unveiled plans for its newest luxury model at 719 Willowhead Drive in the Park Shore community of Naples. The soft-contemporary, southern-coastal-style residence will feature five bedrooms with en-suite baths and a study with a half bath, offering 5,754 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 7,526 total square feet. Construction is expected to begin by the end of this year, with completion anticipated by winter 2022. Designed by JMDG Architecture of Naples, the new home will include a great room floor plan with a large open area in the center, a built-in wet bar and a 30-inch full-size Sub-Zero wine and beverage refrigerator. Based in Naples, Borelli Construction has been building custom homes for more than four decades. The new home is the latest of several being built by Borelli in Park Shore and surrounding neighborhoods of Naples.
