472 Production LLC purchased 6,420 square feet of commercial space at 472 Production Blvd. in East Naples from Alliance Moving Inc. for $1.75 million. Christine McManus, CCIM, SIOR, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer and seller.

CSMN Investments FL LLC purchased 3,664 square feet of office space at 1441 Ridge St. in Naples from DH Squared Properties LLC for $1,675,000. Patrick Fraley of Investment Properties Corp. represented the seller, and Rob Carroll, CCIM, MAI, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer.

41 Central Fort Myers Apartments purchased an 8.5-acre land parcel at 11521-115801 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers from 2010 Palm Pointe Limited Partnership for $3.4 million. Jonathan Richards of Lee & Associates Naples-Fort Myers represented the buyer and seller.

Highview Homes Fort Myers LLC purchased a 6.4-acre multifamily site in Central Park at Cypress Terrace (address not yet assigned) in Fort Myers from Fort Pegasus LLC for $2,750,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates Naples-Fort Myers represented the buyer and seller.    

AllStar Properties LLC purchased a 12-room hotel at 2700 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach from Shri Shantakaram for $2,442,000. John Albion of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida represented the seller.

Angel Organic Gardens LLC purchased 36.33 acres of agricultural property and a 5,461-square-foot estate home at 5180, 5200 and 5250 Neal Road in Fort Myers from Randall. C. Musco, Michelle Musco-Palmer and Windell and Patricia Palmer for $2,070,000. Christi Pritchett and Justin Thibaut, CCIM, of LSI Companies Inc. brokered the deal.

Lanier Holdings LLC purchased a 10,501-square-foot building on 2.56 acres at 382 Pondella Road in North Fort Myers from C.W. Services Inc. for $1.85 million.
