A 1,500-square-foot bakery will open at Sutton Place shopping center at 6270 Naples Blvd., in Naples, sometime in the spring.

Known for its weekly rotation of 200 flavors, Crumbl Cookies are baked in an open-concept kitchen and served in a pink box. In three years, Crumbl has grown to more than 320 locations in 36 states.

This will be the first location in Southwest Florida and the 21st in Florida. Ginny and Benjamin Rattner of Naples are the co-owners.

“This is our first store,” Benjamin Rattner said. “We’re excited to be a part of it. You have to go through a pretty lengthy process to be able to open up a franchise.”

The Rattners do not yet have an opening date, as they are in the process of getting permits. But the “coming soon” signage is up, across from Costco in North Naples.

“This is a concept we believe in that’s highly successful,” Benjamin Rattner said. “We’re bringing some world-class cookies to the market. We’re really excited to be a part of Naples and Southwest Florida. It’s a very modern-based cookie company.   You can order cookies on an app. You can do curbside or in-store pickup. Or you can just come into the location.”

The hours will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Cookies can be bought individually, or they are sold in packs of six or 12 or catering orders.

“Milk chocolate chip and sugar cookies are always on the menu,” Benjamin Rattner said. “The flavors change every week. Typically, the new flavors come out on Sunday night.”
