Executive chef and partner David McCleery holds two salmon at The Islands Kitchen & Cocktail House in Fishermen’s Village. The Punta Gorda restaurant, which opened Feb. 5, offers a Caribbean-inspired menu featuring seafood, meats, poultry and vegetarian dishes and plans to expand its outdoor waterfront seating.
