Four more restaurants are planning to launch within the next six weeks in The Pointe at Founders Square in Naples.

The new restaurant-centric hub on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard already welcomed Skillets breakfast-lunch cafe, I Heart Mac & Cheese and Fuji Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro in the first quarter of this year. Still coming are Tacos & Tequila Cantina, South Street City Oven Grill, Crisp & Green and Outback Steakhouse. The entire lineup was originally expected to open in late 2021 or early 2022, but supply issues delayed the delivery of equipment or materials and prevented that from happening.

Naples-based Tacos & Tequila officially opens Friday at The Pointe. It’s the fourth regional location for Kelly and Aldo Musico, the founders of the local Tex-Mex concept with full-service dining and a full bar. After launching their first location in 2013 at Kings Lake Square in East Naples, they expanded with additional restaurants at The Pavilion shopping center in North Naples and University Village near Florida Gulf Coast University. The couple then teamed up with the Hoffmann Family of Companies in 2019 to help them further expand the local brand.

South Street City Oven Grill is targeted to open next door to Tacos & Tequila next month but co-owners Diana and Bruce Pleeter don’t have an actual date scheduled yet. It’s the second location for South Street, which has a full bar and restaurant on the corner of Goodlette-Frank and Pine Ridge roads in Naples.

Crisp & Green, a Minneapolis-based fast-casual chain serving healthier, whole meals, plans to open its first area location June 18 at The Pointe. The Tampa-based Outback Steakhouse chain plans its third location in Collier County there on June 28.

Other businesses now open at The Pointe include Collier Urgent Care, Gulf Coast Orthodontics and Luxury Nails & Spa. Salon Bellezza plans to relocate from across the street in the Shoppes of Pebblebrooke at the end of July or the beginning of August.
