Avow Kids is expanding its free grief and emotional wellness services for children and teens into Lee, Hendry and Glades counties. The Naples-based nonprofit program serves children ages 5-17 coping with death and other losses and offers counseling, peer support, music therapy, workshops and camps. Avow Kids served 542 children in Collier County in 2025, up 95% from 2024. Open houses are planned Oct. 9 at 165 S. Lee St. in LaBelle and Oct. 29 at Riverside Community Center in Fort Myers. The expansion follows Avow’s move earlier this year into Lee, Hendry and Glades counties.
