Naples-based BCBE Construction was selected as general contractor for 3300 Gulf Shore, a 51-residence luxury waterfront condominium development at 3300 Gulf Shore Blvd. N. in Naples. Florida-based developer Kolter Urban broke ground on the project in January and has since completed the seawall and begun foundation work. The development will overlook Inner Doctors Bay and include a private marina with 16 boat slips, wellness center, sunrise and sunset pools, fitness facilities and concierge services. Residences start at $3.7 million, with sales and marketing handled by William Raveis Real Estate.
