A job seeker celebrates success at a Better Together hiring event. The nonprofit will host job fairs Oct. 15 in Cape Coral and Oct. 21 in Fort Myers to connect residents with employers and provide coaching and support.

Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, will host two hiring events in Southwest Florida in October, including a second-chance job fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 15 at Grace Church in Cape Coral and a community job fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 21 at Riverside Church in Fort Myers. Both events will connect job seekers, including those facing barriers such as incarceration, homelessness or child care needs, with employers ready to hire across multiple industries.
