A newly constructed estate in Port Royal has sold for $24.95 million, underscoring steady demand in Naples’ luxury waterfront market. The buyer, The Sherie A. Marek Trust, was represented by Maggie Ives, global real estate advisor with the Bates/Ives Team at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fifth Avenue office.
The residence at 3240 Gin Lane spans 7,551 square feet of living space across two stories, with five bedrooms, a den and seven bathrooms. Built in 2024 by Wilbrett Construction Company, the home sits on a 0.46-acre waterfront lot along Smuggler’s Bay. Its contemporary coastal design features a soaring great room with floor-to-ceiling impact windows, formal and casual dining areas, and a chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry.

Additional highlights include boutique-style closets in the primary suite, a custom wet bar, marble and wood flooring, smart-home technology, a three-car garage and an elevator. The outdoor space offers a resort-style infinity-edge pool, spa, fire features, a summer kitchen and expansive lanais and balconies designed to blend interior and exterior living.
Marek, who purchased the estate through her trust, is widely recognized for her philanthropic leadership. Named Movers & Makers Cincinnati’s 2024 Philanthropist of the Year, she has supported organizations including Dress for Success, St. Vincent de Paul, the Cincinnati Ballet and Lighthouse Youth Services. In Naples, she was honored as a 2026 Woman of Initiative by the Women's Foundation of Collier County for her work with The Naples Players, Community School of Naples and the Naples Winter Wine Festival. Her giving spans arts, education and emergency aid, often with a focus on empowering women and families.
“Sherie is so grateful to be part of the Port Royal community and is looking forward to enjoying the area’s natural beauty and vibrant lifestyle,” Ives said. “The residence showcases contemporary design with timeless coastal architecture, blending elegant indoor living with expansive outdoor spaces. Situated in a prime location, the home further underscores Port Royal’s position as one of the premier luxury enclaves in the country.”

The sale comes amid a string of headline-making transactions in Port Royal. In April, billionaire David Hoffmann and his wife Jerri purchased a 17,202-square-foot bayfront estate at 575 Admiralty Parade W. for $85 million, setting a record for the highest nonbeachfront single-family home price in Collier County. Around the same time, three adjacent waterfront properties on Gordon Drive sold for a combined $225 million, one of the largest residential sales in Florida history.
Together, the recent transactions point to Port Royal’s enduring status as one of the country’s most exclusive luxury enclaves, where prime waterfront estates continue to command historic prices.
