Bonita Motor Vault advances luxury garage condo project

Bonita Motor Vault is advancing plans for a luxury automotive condominium development at 25431 Bernwood Drive, on the southwest corner of Old 41 Road and Bernwood Drive, about a mile east of U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs. Units are expected to start in the $500,000 range. The six-building project on approximately 4 acres will offer private, climate-controlled units for automobiles, boats, motorcycles and recreational vehicles. Features will include hurricane-resistant construction, security systems and customizable interiors with mezzanines, offices, entertainment areas and golf simulators. The development targets Southwest Florida vehicle collectors, business owners and seasonal residents seeking deeded storage space. Five of the 10 positions in the project's Founding Owner Program remain available, with additional presales expected. Initial occupancy is projected for fall 2027.
