Walden Center, a two-building office complex in Bonita Springs, sold for $15.35 million on Sept. 24, its first ownership change in 29 years. Bluestone Terra Partners acquired the property for a local family office through FLP Walden LLC from Walden Center LLC. Located at 24301 and 24311 Walden Center Drive, off U.S. 41 at the entrance to Pelican Landing, the 95,000-square-foot complex occupies a 6.5-acre lakefront campus. Built in 1997, the buildings were 83% leased at closing and underwent renovations in 2018 and 2019. Colliers' Brandon Stoneburner represented the seller, while Rob Carroll of Investment Properties Corporation represented the buyer.
