Waterfront Jaycee Park awaits food, beverage operator

The redeveloped Jaycee Park waterfront is awaiting a permanent operator for its planned bistro and food truck court.

Cape Coral is seeking a concessionaire to operate food and beverage services at the newly renovated Jaycee Park. The city opened a solicitation for an experienced operator at the waterfront park, 4125 S.E. 20th Place, along the Caloosahatchee River in southeast Cape Coral. Jaycee Park reopened in 2026 following extensive renovations that added a boardwalk overlook, inclusive playground, splash pad, bandshell, sand volleyball courts, covered picnic areas and other amenities. The selected concessionaire would serve park visitors and events and community programming. Proposals are due through the city’s procurement process by 2 p.m. Nov. 5. The complete solicitation package, proposal requirements, submission instructions, and related documents are available by clicking here.
