Mike Rivera of Saggio Realty represented the buyer, Highpoint Real Estate FL LLC, an entity affiliated with Premier Cardiology Care, while Currency Commerce LLC was the seller. The cardiology practice will occupy roughly half of the space and plans to lease two remaining units, offering move-in-ready medical offices in a key Fort Myers medical corridor.
