The project will include a mix of market-rate and workforce housing, with about 34% of units reserved for households earning 80% to 120% of area median income. Initial work includes demolition and road improvements, followed by site clearing and utilities installation. Construction is expected to take 21 months, with leasing anticipated in September 2027. Planned amenities include a pool, pickleball courts, golf simulator and outdoor gathering spaces.
