Sizzle Dining has given Collier County restaurants a welcome boost during September, traditionally one of their slowest months. Restaurant owners reported strong participation this year, crediting the event with bringing in more diners and helping offset seasonal downturns. The impact comes as county commissioners approved a $5 million increase to the tourism advertising budget, aimed at maintaining international outreach and strengthening domestic campaigns. Business owners said the added exposure from Sizzle Dining and local support have been critical to keeping operations steady during the offseason. The event, which concludes soon, has already shown positive results for many participating restaurants, WINK News reports.
