As part of the Concourse E Project at Southwest Florida International Airport, Crosswalk 1 will be closed from 8 a.m. Sept. 29 to 5 p.m. Oct. 1, leaving Crosswalk 5 as the only pedestrian access between the parking garage and terminal on both levels. Lee County Port Authority advises travelers to use the long-term parking lot with shuttle service, park on the west end of the short-term garage near Crosswalk 5 or drop off passengers at the terminal before parking.
