Curran Young Construction began building a 26,847-square-foot clubhouse at Webbs Reserve Golf Club at Babcock Ranch, with construction starting in mid-January and continuing through 2026. The free-standing facility will feature wellness-focused amenity spaces, a Bourbon Bar and Tavern, a timber-framed porte cochere and a lobby cupola designed to serve as a central hub for dining, recreation and social activity. The project supports continued growth at Webbs Reserve, which includes a 7,034-yard Nicklaus Design golf course with strategic bunkers, contoured greens and water hazards.
