Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency approved two Commercial Property Improvement Matching Grants for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. redevelopment area. Mount Olive AME Church, 2160 Veronica S. Shoemaker Blvd., received a not-to-exceed grant of $63,753.31 to be used toward new fencing and signage. Delta Life Development Center, 3142 Michigan Ave., was awarded up to $12,490.50 for new fencing.
