Fresh Kitchen will open its first Southwest Florida restaurant in south Fort Myers in spring 2027, marking the fast-casual concept’s 20th Florida location. The restaurant will take over the former Arby’s at 16461 Corporate Commerce Way, just off Alico Road near Interstate 75 and across from Gulf Coast Town Center. Fresh Kitchen serves customizable bowls featuring greens, grilled meats, rice and roasted vegetables. The company says its menu is entirely gluten-free, with dairy-free and vegan options. More than 80 employees are expected to be hired, and Fresh Kitchen is considering two or three additional restaurants in the Fort Myers area.
