General RV expands Lee County dealership site with $1M deal

General RV acquired additional land at 9501-9507 State Road 82, near Teter Road just east of Interstate 75 in Lee County, for $1 million to support a planned recreational vehicle dealership. The purchase follows the company’s earlier $5.5 million acquisition of adjacent property at 9541 and 9553 Teter Road, bringing its total land investment to $6.5 million. NAI Burns Scalo brokers Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner facilitated the transactions, which involved wetland mitigation, negotiations with the Florida Department of Transportation and relocation of a right of way. The combined property will accommodate a new dealership as General RV expands its Southwest Florida operations.
