Global Flight Training Solutions signed a long-term Master Development Agreement with Collier County for phased development of more than 500 acres at Immokalee Regional Airport and completed four new hangars at the site. The hangars represent the first phase of a broader investment aimed at expanding aviation services, training and economic activity in Southwest Florida. The project supports Collier County’s goals to strengthen aviation infrastructure, attract aviation-related businesses and create jobs. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Feb. 25 at the Immokalee facility, where officials and aviation partners are expected to tour the new hangars and discuss future development.
