Grace Place for Children and Families raised $6,000 through its third annual Dodge for a Cause fundraiser on June 5 in Naples. Organized by the nonprofit’s board of ambassadors, the dodgeball tournament brought together local businesses and community supporters to raise money for education and English literacy programs serving children and families. Suffolk Construction won the tournament, followed by Halstatt and AERET Restoration. The event featured a double-elimination competition, food, games and entertainment. Grace Place serves more than 1,300 students annually through free family-centered educational programs designed to strengthen literacy, academic achievement and workforce readiness.
